Back in Focus
Tony Zumbado, an independent videographer and photojournalist, talks to The University of Memphis Wednesday about his work during Hurricane Katrina. Zumbado is the journalist responsible for bringing attention to the 20,000 flood victims at the Convention Center in New Orleans and the 48 bodies abandoned in New Orleans Memorial Hospital. Over the past 30 years, his work has been featured on NBC and MSNBC. Those who missed Zumbado'slecture Wednesday night, can hear him speak to students today in the Edward J. Meeman Journalism building, room 106, at 2:20 p.m
